I have heard about this product before. It was was developed in 2007 and over the years varies news outlets have reported on it all over the world. Here are facts according Snopes.

Honestly, I believe any hesitation about releasing this product is clearly in line with protecting rapists and the tiny percentage of men who are falsely accused. I am almost 33 years old. Nearly every man I have dated has or has attempted to pressure me into having sex!

2007 is when Sonnet Ehlers, a former medical technician in South Africa, designed it. I am by no means an extreme feminist, but honestly, it is now 2016! Look at the gender of the people who run the majority of world politics: men! And the sad thing is, SO MANY MEN GET RAPED TOO! Based on all the articles I have read, they could also benefit from this device.

I think that most of the people in political power extort sexual favors from people. I believe that they have something over them, and they give them no option (like blackmail) but to exchange sexual favors. Is that rape? I cannot comment on that because I have not been in that position, but I think that it makes a lot of political
figures and everyday people nervous that if they pressure someone who really doesn’t want sex, think, “What if they are wearing Rapex?” This is why I believe this product has not been released to the public: men are scared that they won’t be able to take advantage of people anymore without being caught.

The other argument is what if a woman (or man) tries to “trap” a man. That percentage is so few and far between, and it is because of stupid, selfish, entitled women! All those women who say “no” but mean “yes” act like it is a game, and that is so messed up! Do that in your relationship and sexual play, not with dating! All it does is perpetuate rape culture, and it gives people an excuse to pressure and push boundaries when someone says no.

It is a shame that in this messed up society and world that we live in; we don’t raise or teach boys and men to respect women and men when it comes to sex. So what in the world is the problem with women and men taking offense when it comes to rape? I understand that this would not actually prevent rape, but it sure as heck would help prove it in a court of law and help to put away these rapists!

  1. Do you want to know why I said that! If you actually read my entire post, I said that it is fine to say no when you mean yes when you are in a relationship or have a prior arrangement with someone. I am talking about (and don’t by any means apologize for ) THE STUPID FUCKING BITCHES who play games and say no multiple times when they mean yes, then fuck the person anyway like they wanted to! It promotes rape and rape culture
Who do I think I am? I am a woman who was raped by a scumbag that I said no to, who raped me anyways. WHO ARE YOU? Open your eyes.

  2. Calling any woman a stupid bitch is using the same kind of judgment a rapist uses when attacking a victim. It is unclear to me as to why you can think you are any better than a rapist yourself when you choose to demean the female gender with your prejudiced words. As a victim of rape myself, I am ashamed of hateful victims like you who give us a bad reputation. Be the better person.
