About Me

I was raped in February of 2016, when I was 32 years old. Trying to cope and heal has been an ongoing up-hill battle. I never thought this would happen to me, but then again, who does?

The road to recovery is not easy.

I created this blog to have a place to put my thoughts, feelings, and research. The main reason why I created it is for support for other survivors of rape, sexual assault, domestic violence, and anything else related. I also created it to spread awareness.

I wanted to create a place where people can come to read stories, articles, get advice, and help to cope with what they are going through.
