rape
dictionary.com
noun
- unlawful sexual intercourse or any other sexual penetration of the vagina, anus, or mouth of another person, with or without force, by a sex organ, other body part, or foreign object, without the consent of the person subjected to such penetration. : See also sexual assault.
- any sexual activity, with or without penetration, that takes place without the consent of one of the people involved.
If the definition of RAPE states
- “with or without force”
- “without consent of the victim”
Then why is our justice system so unresponsive and unwilling to prosecute perpetrators of this heinous crime?!?!
Worldwide – THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM!
I agree… 😦

Unfortunately, the legal definition of rape is worded slightly different than Webster’s definition. This needs to change for sure. 😦
