unlawful sexual intercourse or any other sexual penetration of the vagina, anus, or mouth of another person, with or without force, by a sex organ, other body part, or foreign object, without the consent of the victim.

This is the definition of RAPE

“with or without force”

“without consent of the victim”

So…then why is our justice system so unresponsive and unwilling to prosecute perpetrators of this heinous crime?!?!

Unfortunately, the legal definition of rape is worded slightly different than Webster’s definition. This needs to change for sure. 😦
