3: an act or instance of robbing or despoiling or carrying away a person by force

If the definition of RAPE states

  • “with or without force”
  • “without consent of the victim”

Then why is our justice system so unresponsive and unwilling to prosecute perpetrators of this heinous crime?!?!

Worldwide – THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM!
